Withdrawal of Implied Right of Access
Venues operated by the Sun Family Trust or the Make a Difference Movement (together, the 'Managed Premises') are private property, and members of the public have an implied permission to enter the premises for legitimate reasons.
If an individual engages in antisocial or disruptive behaviour, a letter withdrawing permission to enter our Managed Premises may be issued. If you enter our Managed Premises after a letter has been issued withdrawing your permission to be on the premises, you may be arrested or reported for criminal trespass.
